A delicious batter is in the making, Creamy, frothy all set for scooping. A few decorated with strawberries, Others with colourful toppings. Just made these and they are delicious! No cracks whatsoever, and they weren't caved-in in the center, they were perfect. Made recipe as written. Just be aware that it makes more than 12. I had lots of graham cracker crumbs left over and also some cheesecake batter, so I ended up getting 16 mini cheesecakes out of it instead of 12 (and I filled them all the way up--Almost to the rim). Topped them with cherry pie filling and they are amazingly delicious! Thank you for the wonderful recipe. 💗👍

You need to let it sit for about 10 minutes or so before eating cause the butter would have frozen and frozen butter has a tendency to crumble.

Not savory, sweet, but not too sweet, slightly toasted and nutty tasting. Just a regular dry cookie, usually used for baking or making s’mores (dessert with marshmallows and chocolate). You can use digestive cookies or really any dry cookie will work. :)

You have to use the block cream cheese when making these. Philadelphia cream cheese is the best
