How to make a rich and moist Chocolate Cake.
Here's what you'll need:
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
2 and 1/2 cup milk chocolate (400g) I used milk chocolate in this recipe, so when it's cooled the color will be lighter as shown in the video.
1/2 cup salted butter (110g)
1 cup heavy cream (250ml)
-You can chill it for 15-20 minutes in the fridge to set. Or when it's cooled down, you can whip it a bit with spatula.
CAKE:
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (125ml)
1 cup buttermilk (250ml) or you can use whole milk
2 tsp vanilla (10ml)
1 cup hot coffee (250m)
1 and 3/4 cups sugar (350g)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 cup cocoa powder (85g)
1/2 tbsp baking powder (7g)
1/2 tbsp baking soda (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
GLASEADO DE CHOCOLATE:
2 y 1/2 taza de chocolate con leche (400g)
1/2 taza de mantequilla con sal (110 g)
1 taza de crema espesa (250 ml)
PASTEL:
2 huevos
1/2 taza de aceite (125 ml)
1 taza de suero de leche (250 ml)
2 cucharaditas de vainilla (10 ml)
1 taza de café caliente (250 m)
1 y 3/4 tazas de azúcar (350 g)
2 tazas de harina para todo uso (250 g)
1 taza de cacao en polvo (85 g)
1/2 cucharada de levadura en polvo (7 g)
1/2 cucharada de bicarbonato de sodio (7 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
ITALIAN:
Come fare una torta al cioccolato ricca e umida.
Ecco di cosa avrai bisogno:
GLASSA AL CIOCCOLATO:
2 tazza e 1/2 di cioccolato al latte (400 g)
1/2 tazza di burro salato (110 g)

1/2 tasse de beurre salé (110g)
1 tasse de crème épaisse (250 ml)
GÂTEAU:
2 oeufs
1/2 tasse d'huile (125 ml)
1 tasse de babeurre (250 ml)
2 cuillères à café de vanille (10 ml)
1 tasse de café chaud (250m)
1 et 3/4 tasse de sucre (350g)
2 tasses de farine tout usage (250g)

POLISH:
Oto, czego będziesz potrzebować:
CZEKOLADOWY LUKIER:
2 i 1/2 szklanki mlecznej czekolady (400g)
1/2 szklanki masła solonego (110g)
1 szklanka śmietanki kremówki (250 ml)
-Możesz schłodzić przez 15-20 minut w lodówce do ustawienia.
CIASTO:
2 jajka
1/2 szklanki oleju (125ml)
1 szklanka maślanki (250 ml) lub można użyć pełnego mleka
2 łyżeczki wanilii (10ml)
1 filiżanka gorącej kawy (250m)
1 i 3/4 szklanki cukru (350 g)
2 szklanki mąki uniwersalnej (250 g)
1 szklanka kakao w proszku (85g)
1/2 łyżki proszku do pieczenia (7g)
1/2 łyżki sody oczyszczonej (7g)

Just taken it out of the oven, smells lovely around here! I had a recipe very much like this years ago and lost it, so I was glad to get it back! I usually just whip up cream and cocoa for the filling. Just tasted a few crumbs from the tin, oh my, heaven! EDIT - Yes, it was absolutely delicious, so moist and tender and easy to make. The coffee, does, I know make a difference to the depth of flavour but you don't taste coffee (I wouldn't like it if I could) even though I used fresh ground coffee. In an 8 inch tin, you will get 12 good size slices.

For those who are asking why the FROSTING turned LIGHTER. I whipped mine for maybe 3-5 minutes with a hand mixer. It became lighter and fluffy.
