I just made this recipe now but used a ready made crust. I should say 2 crusts because the filling turned out to be enough for two. It sure looks good and I can’t wait for it to chill the 4 hours. LOL.
I made this recently and it was good! However, it was very fluffy, jello-y, and not much of cheesecake taste/texture. I was thinking of omitting the gelatin next time. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it more cheesecakey, or was it just me that made it wrong?
Can someone PLEASE tell me the amount of graham crackers in GRAMS? I never have those on hands and always use Petit Beurre cookies instead, but they aren't sheets like graham crackers, so I never know how much to use unless the gram measurements are given. Thanks so much.
Also, can you please correct the gelatin part. You wrote, "2 pkt unflavored gelatin (14+ 1/2 cup cold water"...14 what? Grams? Can we have the gelatin amount in teaspoons as well?
Don't substitute it, Natasha said in a different video that the Mascarpone is the "secret ingredient" which makes the no bake cheesecake extremely fluffy.
With a few alterations this can be used for a chocolate cheesecake. I also used this guide for a lemon cheesecake, changing out the stawberry for lemon zest and juice.
I love this recipe ... one of the best desserts I like .. I did my own version on my channel the first week in 2021 and my family couldn't wait till I finish editing the video .. strawberry and cheese cake make a great combo .. thanks for sharing💕

Hi Natasha! Just made your wonderful cheese cake recipe. What I like the most is not folding or wanting soft peaks before combining it. I made a small cake with gluten free crust and a regular, Both turned out great. I also added shaved chocolate and strawberry puree on top. Cheers!
Everything was going great. The mixture was smooth and creamy and blended. But after adding the gelatin the mixture looked almost curdled. I only heated the gelatin for 30 seconds and stirring frequently. Not sure what went wrong.
