This is great. I love that it's packed into 10 minutes so it doesn't overwhelm people who are sorely out of shape. I'm only like 10lb heavier than I'd like to be, 152lbs at 5'9" (I got motivated to work out because I have ALL that weight in my thighs and belly, so I look 4 months pregnant and that is absolutely unacceptable,) but I have never been active in my life so I have absolutely no endurance or strength. I'm worn out in just minutes. I can't run because of a life-long bursitis in my hips that I can't kick, but if I can do this workout every day, throw in some longer ones and go as long as I can, maybe my muscle strength will balance out the bursitis.

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this. I'm just getting back into shape after nearly 4 years off and a knee surgery last year in March. I have Osteoarthritis in both knees, and this workout was fantastic for me. No burning in my knees, but worked up a great sweat.

The videos you see pushed live have actually taken days to create; there's designing the routine, filming the routine, editing the routine, the voiceover, the writing of the description & technical aspects of the routine, & around another 5-6 hours just to render & then upload....But I can definitely add your great idea to our list! I am so happy you are liking our workouts & grateful that you're spreading the word about Fitness Blender - We have no $ for advertising so referrals are the best!

It is long enough to make a difference. Something is always better than nothing, and these short ones work well for the many people who use our videos in the few spare minutes they have in their day (on a lunch break, while baby is down for a nap, etc). We need to consider them, too! Also, we have many videos that are 30-50 minutes long that you can choose from, and more on the way.

Great workout for those of us who aren't in shape enough for the super intense :) I love how easy you make it to follow along. I never use exercise videos because they make it so hard to follow along. But when my 5 year old asked to exercise today I was too tired to think of any on my own so I got on youtube and found your videos. Glad I did! They will be part of my routine now!

I love your videos. I am working my way up to the 84 mn workout. I started 3 weeks ago with a low impact workout combine the 30 mn core tranings (pilates, abs, etc.). I just purchased a one size smaller jeans without dieting. I exercise every day and in 3 weeks a went from size 14 to a 12, hoping to be 8 by the end of June, beginning of July. Thank you so, so much.

@@keillanhadden798 oh yes!!! It's been a long while since I commented this! Yes my knee is perfect!! Yeah I get some ache from time to time but because of bad posture or hitting myself or something else 😂 Good thing I kept working out, back when I commented I was over 220 lbs. Now I'm keeping myself around 160, not my ideal but I'm loving it ✨✨✨

I had total knee replacement surgery this past May and I thought I would be confined to doing exercises in a chair until I came across Fitness Blenders. The Kickboxing Blend Low Impact Workout for beginners is great. I only have to use a chair for balance when it comes to the see saw kicks. Other then that the other exercises in this video I can do great. And it's fun, which makes it even better. Can't wait to check out your other videos! Thank you Fitness Blender!!!

I've been losing weight, I'm down to about 280 now, but I'm very out of shape. I do this exercise in the mornings, and I know it's short, but it really gets my heart pumping and loosens me up for the day. It's been an awesome "ice breaker" in terms of starting to work out. I know that it's improved my range of motion because I can do these moves so much easier than when I started. Great beginner video!!

the voiceover is very motivating! i didn't think i could do aerobics in my apartment and with my bad knees, but now i'm pleasantly surprised at how fun a time i'm having. thanks for making this video :)

Great video, but it would be awesome to have a more challenging full-length workout suitable for bad knees. Recently I've ingured my knee, and it is really frustrating, cause my goal is to lose at least 10 kg, and low-impact workouts, while they are better than nothing, probably aren't going to make much difference

The workout always helps when its 30mins and higher, try not to cause further injury to the area that requires healing it'll only get in the way of your workouts, I am suggesting this cuz I can't workout through and through even if I want to cuz, I have a tail bone problem called sciatica when I do anything related to the core my lower back starts acting up and I get shivers and chills down my fingers. Intermittent fasting played a major role, I cut down junk food and soft drinks to like once in three months and detox for the rest, if u want to have cheat meals, try roasts, its quite filling, Use a fitness tracker, Keep track of ur steps, exercise for at least 30 mins every day it always helps, It works cuz I have a thick body type and I went from 75 to 66 over the months from march, drink a lot of water.. doing these things will help as well, whenever u want to take a break from working out, just walk for 30 mins or do low impact stretching or warm up to a song that you like for half an hour. You are not alone, tc and hang in there. :)

I think on the jab cross knee the lead punching arm should also switch when the knee switches. great workout!

i really like these low impact videos. with someone who has fibromyalgia these workouts make it so much easier for me to do cardio. please do more low impact cardio. keep up with the great workouts and for listening to your subscribers requests.

I tweaked my knee and hate missing my cardio, did it twice and I'm sweating decent with no pain in my knee. And I know she's married but the view is nice to look at. Come on I'm not blind here people!

...HIIT workouts, but right now I'm having a flare of my left knee and I was having a really hard time trying to find exercises that are low impact but still burn a decent amount if calories. Your videos are awesome, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this channel!

hey! i am having a problem! when i do cardio workout, i feel pain on the right side area where the chest and stomach meet... wen i take a break, the pain goes! but wen i start again, it again starts paining... whats the solution and any idea what is the cause of this pain?
