2 small things you toldme that other videos didn't. 1. Put the hook upwards. 2. Pull my own hair with the extension through the loop to make the knot ( other videos didn't emphasize that i should pull my own hair through) These seem like small details but they made a really big difference. Thank you.❤
It looks great. I'd be interested in seeing a parting video from you because i struggled so much with it. It was my very first time ever, attempting to part my own hair. It took forever and i didn't quite get it right but I kept going anyway. I want to practice more because i plan to keep doing passion twists forever 😅. I love the look and feel of it and its super lightweight especially because i dont have a lot of head or hair . My hair is a bit too fine for braids. 😊
Thank you so much! You make me feel like I can really do this! You're instructions are so easy to follow. Thank you for being honest about how long it takes. How do you wash your hair with these? Also, can I buy the bundle and cut it in half to do a shoulder length version?
I am prepping to do my 2nd set of rubberband method twists and you definitely gave some pro tips. I know pulling my natural hair and the crochet hair through is going to change the game. The first time I did it I noticed some of my rubberbands were visible and others weren't, I changed how I inserted the hook in different parts. I'm looking forward to round two. Thanks!!!
You look so gorgeous. Thanks 4 sharing I was look 4 a tutorial on how 2 do this and I like that you went step by step and gave great pointers on how to cover the rubber band.
LOVELY!! 😍 How long did it last though? I mean before your natural hair began to fray? Did the shine n jam hold it for the duration of the style? Thanks
I actually did passion twists for the first time , and wish I could have found your video beforehand. I did rubberband method, but didn't know how to use my crochet needle, so I got them in somehow...🤦🏽♀️ They still look good. But whenever I attempt to do again, I'll make sure to use this method! (You can see some of the rubberband, tho) 😉 TY for the tutorial! Looks Beautiful! # newsubbie❤️
Your hair turned out beautiful. That was a lot of work for sure. Btw the hook U are using is called a Latch Hook and it's used for carpet making. Just mentioned so if someone was trying to find one & couldn't it's because it won't be with crochet hooks. How long can you keep the passion twists in your hair? Really stunning. 😊💜
I’m going to try this style! I have some Marley hair on hand so I’m going to try this with that first. I was wondering why my rubber bands were showing but now I see I was putting the crochet needle in wrong. Thank you for this video!
Oooo love i am actually installing these with the same hair brand (it’s my fav) in October. Can you do a take down video? I’m trying to decide rubber bands vs box braiding my natural hair. I’m leaning towards braiding my own hair….
Hunnay this is right on time for me ! I was going to look at tutorials so I could do mine tonight !! I’m a long hair girly lol but I love the short ones on you too !
Omg!!! I thought I was the only one that was OCD about parting my hair. Let’s not talk about the hours it take me to finish installing after the parts.
Great tutorial. Would love to see a video of the take down, tho. I tried Passion twist using the rubber band method & lost a lot of hair during the takedown. I’m sure it was due to something I wasn’t doing correctly.
Hello dear friend, I saw your video on RU-vid and I am now promoting Spring Twist Hair. You are perfect for our hair, I would like to work together to make a video, I will look forward to your reply.
