The panel of triangles has turned out very lovely! The puff on top makes it very neat. Did you already make a video of how to increase with the knitting machine? If so, could you link me to it? It takes more time, but it might help for you to script your video. It isn't as spontaneous but it helps to get your thoughts across.

Question: Would using a crochet hook with a slip stitch to join panels work too?

Yes. Definitely. You wil get the seamless closure with ridge. Just follow the same track on both pieces. Make a practice piece.

@@MaakhetmetMiranda Thank you, I will try that for my next hat. I am en experienced knitter/crocheter but I nave bad arthritis and am using the machine to lessen the stress of some of the knitting on my hands.
