Whoa, my mom and I were just discussing these exact same pickles, because I was mentioning the Japanese and Korean versions of daikon pickles. She reminded me of these, and now I want to make some of these, too. We used to eat these all the time when we ate out.
WE LOVE your recipe for the Beef Lo'Mein!! But I always have the same problem each time. On your website, we set the recipe for the amount of servings we will be making, which is about 15-16 servings and every time we make the lo'mein, it turns out Dry and after it's reheated it's even dryer. What can I do to fix this?
