Easy Potato Salad Recipe without Eggs with Mayonnaise  

Here’s my easy potato salad recipe without eggs made with mayonnaise. It’s the perfect BBQ recipe as an accompaniment which is also really quick to prepare. You can make this potato salad in advance or serve straight away.

Ingredients for my potato salad recipe without eggs
- 500g New potatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 washed Salad onions
- 1 handful freshly chopped Parsley
- 1 handful finely chopped Chives
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
