Bedtime Yoga & Meditation - Prepare for a deep and restful sleep with me in this night time guided meditation or body scan meditation. I've designed this before sleep meditation for you lying down on the floor or in the bed. Make sure you're as comfortable as possible.. Consider putting a cushion on your knees for this yoga meditation for bedtime. Don't forget to put an eye pillow over your eyes. Dim the lights do everything that you can to cultivate a feeling of relaxation. Let's begin!
