All you need to do is prepare a base Rawa/sooji mixture and then play around with the tempering and other ingredients.. Let your imagination take over :)

RECIPES WITH SOOJI/RAWA
For Rawa Mixture
1 cup Rawa , रवा
1 cup Curd दही
½ cup Water , पानी
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
For Tempering
2 tbsp Oil , तेल
1 heaped tsp Mustard seeds , सरसों के बीज
½ tsp Fennel seeds , सौंफ़
10-12 Curry leaves, chopped , कड़ी पत्ता
1-2 Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
Method:
For Rawa Mixture
In a bowl add rawa, curd, water, salt and mix everything properly, keep aside for at least one hour.
For Tempering
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard oil, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and saute it for a minute and add it in the soaked rawa mixture and keep aside for further use.
RAWA APPE
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 10-15 minutes
Serving 4
Ingredients
1 cup Rawa Mixture
Other Ingredients for Paniyaram
¼ tsp Baking soda , बेकिंग सोडा
1 tsp Oil , तेल
1 medium Onion, chopped , प्याज
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया
½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tbsp Ghee (for brushing) , घी
Process
In a bowl take 1 cup of the rawa mixture and add onion, coriander leaves, degi red chilli powder, and the mixture of baking soda and oil.
Mix everything properly and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
On the other hand heat a panyaram mould and brush it with some ghee.
Now add 1 spoon-full of mixture in each section of the mould, cover and let it cook but not completely (the centre should be runny).
Remove the cover and flip it on to the other side using a satay stick or icecream stick, cook both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and serve warm.
RAWA (INSTANT) IDLI
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 10-15 minutes
Serving 4
Ingredients
1 cup Rawa Mixture
Other Ingredients for Rawa Idli
¼ tsp Baking soda , बेकिंग सोडा
1 tsp Oil , तेल
¼ cup Rolled Oats , ओट्स
¼ cup Boiled Sweet Corn , स्वीट कॉर्न
1 tbsp Ghee (for greasing mould) , घी
Process
In a bowl add 1 cup of rawa mixture and add the mixture of baking soda and oil in it mix it properly.
Now grease the idli mould with ghee and add the mixture in but to not fill it completely.
Sprinkle some oats and boiled corn on it and put it in the hot steamer for 6-8 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.

The trick to make beautiful dishes is..... When chef says " aur aap kahenge ranveer aapne bataya nehi".. Listen carefully to him... and follow the instructions properly... And the dish turns into a masterpiece.... Simple.. No rocket science ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love you chef ❤️❤️❤️

I worked in many hotels and restaurants and I worked with many chefs they never share their secrets but ranveer sir is very different he reveals all the secrets of their recipes. He never share secrets for views or publicity he shares secrets just for make us a good chef. Hat's of chef🙏🙏

Usually I watch a lot of cooking videos but everytime, just before making the dish I literally have to go by the videos all again. But while preparing your recipes I don't have to do that cause the very first time I watch your video, step by step my brain notes down every detail. Right from the ingredients, to the proportions, to the steps. And sometimes also the history 😁 You teach us in such a beautiful way. This is one more reason why you've been my favorite chef all these time. ❤

I use your trick to soak suji and dahi together for more than 1.5 hrs and make all types of idlis like ragi rava idli, moong daal rava idli and the texture is just awesome !!!....thanks for your tips

Love your recepies! But one thing in consideration why r u using nonstick teflon coated cookware which is hazardous to your health?? On more of that we would like to have a video on the types of utensils n it's benefits and also different thali recepie from all over India! I hope you do that

Whenever i watch ur video, i just don't learn cooking, i learn everytime something on personal level from u. You are so excellent at your work. The best thing I like about you chef is that you show recipes of all parts of our country. south Indian, north Indian,...you cover every part unlike other chefs. When you make those dishes it does feel as if you are from that region only but the actual truth is your a Punjabi guy. Amazing knowledge and understanding of cooking. Always a pleasure watching your recipe videos. You & the chef in 'cookingshooking' are my favourite chefs on RU-vid for the way your'll speak. I made pizza style uttapam for lunch today, with rawa 2 cups, 1/4th cup poha, 1/4 th cup udad +moong dal, 2 tbsp methi seeds, soaked for 3 hours. Blended dals, methi seeds & poha, added to rawa, added salt & 1 tbsp oil & let it rest for 2 hrs. Fried onions, cabbage, Carrots till quarter cooked. Added salt & Ching's Schezwan fried rice masala. Added capsicum & boiled corn, mixed & cooked covered for 2 minutes. Let it rest covered for 5 minutes or until cheese is grated. In a non-stick pan, put a mix of oil & butter. Put batter & the mix on top & grated cheese. Covered & cooked on low flame. Then flipped. Had with Schezwan chutney. Yummy! What a co-incidence that you are going to show us your version in your next video! Would love to learn your version. Homework assignment for you - 3 recipes from jowar flour.
