Easy salmon poke that anyone can make!
Ingredients:
-Salmon filets
-1 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup sesame oil
-1/2 onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 tbsp of ginger
-Edamame
-Fried garlic bits
-Sesame seeds
-Green onion
-Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
1) Start off with chopping an onion and green onion into thin slices. Then mince both garlic and ginger. Add together into a bowl.
2)Chop your salmon into chunks of your preferred size. And mix together into the bowl adding 1 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of sesame oil. Add salt and pepper to your liking
3) Serve together with rice and edamame (or any vegetables of your choice) and garnish with spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and fried onion.
