i started playing her like 3 days after i played the game with no idea how her skills work. but after a few times using her, i get the gist of it and i like how interesting this mage is. she's the one who carried me to diamond lol. but after watching your videos, i realised that i've been using her pretty badly. so, maybe after this i'll try to master her kits
To be honest. A Mage/Assassin that has low dmg when ult is not a Mage but a pure Assassin that dashes to low HP enemy and kills and gets out. They need to up her dmg during ult so that she can easily kill low HP enemys easily. They also need her Ult to lock on Low HP targets cuz i notice some of her bullets (or whatever you call it) are randomly hitting targets. But thats just me wanting her to be great at finishing targets much faster.
Her main damage should be from the explosions that trigger when her skills collide. 4-5 can usually take out an enemy mage. The bullets after are meant to finish off the enemies. For example, if you aim and release 1&2 so that they explode where the enemy is, and then ult on the target before the 1&2 skills dissappear, 3 explosions should be triggered, and an extra aoe damage is triggered when she starts flying, so the target should die before she she even starts flying. If I remember correctly, the skill collisions also reduce ult cool down, so if you trigger the max, you can ult every few seconds or so Also, her bullets target at random. It's been like that for years
@@MalefAzelb after watching a couple of shangguan combo videos and your right her main dmg Is from her explosions. I was confused why my shangguan does low dmg
she is an assassin mage. despite her appearance as a mage. she has high mobility and that is a characteristic of an assassin. she can fight like a mage dealing damage from a distance and she can fight as an assassin using her mobility to chase down enemy.
Please continue making guides for us newbies. Literally help us understand the heroes of this game. I just started playing the game 3 days ago and I love the skills of this mage which I don't know all of its maximum capacity. I used to play Mobile legends since 2017 and know I started losing my interest as the new heroes' skills are not that good. Please also make videos on how to properly use those items. Thanks
About the combos to activate her ultimate maybe everyone can play it, but i struggle for laning phase when early games under 2 mins. Can you show how to play the laning phase when use shangguan? And what heroes that can easily defeat shangguan when early game?
Well this days it's pretty much rare to find 1 v 1 opponent most of the players just stack together inside Piller So also she is a mage who has low damage she is pretty much useless.

Yeah, most of her damage should be from the explosions triggered from skill collisions. Use them well, and you should be able to kill the enemy dps before they can even react
Honestly, I don't think you mentioned the explosions from skill collisions. This guide implies that most of the damage is when she's flying, when it's actually supposed to be from the skill collisions.
@@kyouitv Whenever her skill 1 and skill 2 comes in contact with each other, it results in another explosion that deals a great amount of damage. Her ult is more of like a mechanic that would finish off the enemy/s or just deal more damage in a team fight scenario, but her main source of damage greatly relies on her other two skills especially with the collision I just mentioned. Although I do not agree that your tutorial is bad, it is thorough and well prepared for, it just missed that one key detail I guess. Great vid ❤
