INGREDIENTS:
For original pink color version:
130 gr rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
75 gr granulated sugar
210 ml unsweetened soy milk or cow's milk or other non-dairy milk works too
1 tsp cooking oil
½ tsp vanilla extract optional
Red food coloring
For gula Jawa/Melaka version:
130 gr rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
80 gr gula Jawa/ gula Melaka you can use dark brown sugar or coconut sugar too
210 ml unsweetened soy milk or cow's milk or other non-dairy milk works too
1 tsp cooking oil
