It's sourdough season here at my house. We enjoyed these easy sourdough dinner rolls as well as a plethora of other things at Thanksgiving this year. I wanted to share these simple recipes with you!
Bonus recipe is my famous sourdough stuffing! Enjoy!
Sourdough Rolls Recipe:
1 Cup of Active sourdough starter
1/2 Cup Honey
2.5 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp. Sea Salt
5 Cups Flour
Sourdough Stuffing Recipe:
1 Large Loaf of Sourdough Bread Broken into pieces
5 Cups of Broth
2 Eggs
3 stalks celery Diced
1-2 Carrots Diced
1 Onion Diced
2-3 Sage leaves finely chopped
2 tsp salt and pepper
5 Thyme sprigs
Sausage or protein (optional)
