This was so easy to do once the cupcakes have completely cooled scoop out the center of each cupcake and place the piece back into the cupcake and set aside. Next Mix the Whip Cream
Strawberry Flavored Whipped Cream
1 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Cup Powered Sugar 1/2 tsp Strawberry Extract
Place Cream in the freezer and allow it to get cold before making the whip cream!
Place heavy cream in metal bowl and mix until you notice that the cream is getting thicker slowly whip in Powered Sugar whip until soft peaks for add strawberry extract and lightly fold into the whipped cream. Place whip cream into piping bag if you want color see this video!
You will also need ice cream I chose strawberry. Using the same scoop you scooped out cupcakes, scoop ice cream into hole made in cupcake press down then cut the extra cake off the top place in bowl for later and cap off the cupcakes. Once all cupcakes are done combine remaining freeze dried strawberries and cake pieces to the top and freeze!
