This is my "go-to" stretch routine that I make sure to do every time after I run. Its easy, efficient, and can be done anywhere. So NO EXCUSES! Make sure you are stretching after your runs! It soooo important for improving your potential of performance and avoiding injury!

This is something I don’t do enough, just started the 6 week plan and just by doing the pre and post stretches I already feel more efficient. Thanks for the education!

Absolutely no idea who you are and youtube ninjas subscribed me to you overnight or something because i haven't subscribed to anyone in over a month but... this seems interesting, I'll stick around and watch some videos, probably stay subscribed 😅 Seems very helpful compared to most workout videos, and fairly straightforward

@@GrittySoldier just dropping by to give you a quick update, I started at a 8:30 mile, just ran a 11:30 mile and a half 🤝🇺🇸 training hard for a 10:30 now

How do you stretch out your arms, shoulders and chest after a heavy lift/push day?

I have to make another one for that 😉 I do a lot of barbell assisted stretches after upper body workouts though, using the bar as leverage to really stretch out the chest and rotator cuffs. Also doorway stretches for the same reason.

Good. I always just did a walk and calf stretches for my post-run recovery. Just never saw another routine that satisfied me. Shame I didn't see this before my run this morning though. Do you take the full serving of the daily multi-vitamin? I always just take 1 instead of the 3 or whatever that mine recommends. Also, your pre-workout link seems to be broken/the product removed.

Honestly, I always take at least the one day serving, sometimes I’ll take a full serving in the morning and one at night. It’s true that a lot of the vitals get flushed out, but Multis are cheap, so I think it’s good to double up sometimes just to make sure you’re getting the most out of it.
