Hi! I bought this machine which arrived yesterday! Can't wait to use it! I have a question, which side of the baking paper you use to protect the mat? I mean, which part of the paper goes against the mat? Thank you! I'm Mar from Argentina :)
Hi Mar, the baking paper used in the video is silicone coated to withstand high heat, it does not allow for any ink to pass through it regardless of which way it is placed down, so either way is fine. Just make sure you're using a quality 'baking paper' and not 'greaseproof paper', as the latter is coated with wax which will melt. We hope this helps. :)
