Welcome back! Since I'm not sharing school lunches, I thought I'd share what the kids have had for lunch at home this past week. I hope you enjoy this video and it gives you some lunch inspiration!
Hello and welcome! My name is Lindsay and I am a wife and stay at home mom of four living in Eastern Canada. Everything looked good. I’ve never thought to put pepperoni on grilled cheese! Mind blown! My son would love that! Your blouse at the beginning is beautiful.

This is why I love watching your channel. You feed your family healthy, good food. No soda, fast food at all. I try to give my son veggies. He's almost 6, and he's very picky. I hope someday he will change his mind. I love veggies, well, not all lol but carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli are my all-time favorite!!

Oh yea, celery, I love too!!! And spinach. It took me a very, very long time to eat them now I love them!!

@@laquintaknox5907 thank you! I try to be realistic with food, we're definitely not perfect eaters. We do eat out sometimes, but not often because it's just so expensive. I try and offer the kids a variety of fruits and veggies. Some of my kids love veggies, those who don't, I just keep offering them! Lol have a great week! 😊

@mominthemaritimes you welcome, and once inawhile, I order out too, but they are expensive, and my son likes their chicken tenders and fries. I will keep trying with the veggies. Have a good week as well

@mominthemaritimes yes I do a lot of cooking as well, but at times, I get pizza, but my son is very picky, so I love to feed what he likes

Good job on the lunches, I'll bet the kids are extra hungry in the summer with all the activity they do. I always found swimming made my kids super hungry Have a great week!

No matter how simple your lunches are, they always look delicious to me, especially those little pizzas with the cheese and garlic, my husband is going out sea fishing again for a few days, so I may just have to make myself one for lunch or supper. I think you did a great job coming up with good, nutritious and fun lunches for the kids. Thanks for sharing Lindsay!

Hi Lindsay 👋 😊 Yummy lunches once again. We love grilled cheese here. I made some creamy potato and creamy pasta salad for our bbq's. Some tossed salads. The bbq is sure getting a workout lol. It's a bit cooler but I wish it were even a bit cooler still. I've already started shopping for back to school, just to be able to get a good selection. Costco already has Christmas stuff out lol. I guess they skipped Halloween 🎃 lol. My kids love their bikes also, I was the same as a kid 😊. Thanks for sharing your easy lunches again. I enjoy your videos because you keep things normal and real and I can totally relate 🙂

I love lunches!! Have you ever tried using mayo instead of butter for the grilled cheese?? It's delicious! I ran out of butter once and tried it and it worked out so well! Omg...Maple is adorable! What a sweet dog! Did Audrey lose her tooth yet? Looks like you're all having a fun summer...we go back Sept 3rd...itll be here b4 we know it!!

Not sure if you have a Costco near you or not but if you do I recommend buying it at Costco as Costco has a pack of 12 boxes of the family size KD boxes.

Great video-thanks for sharing. I can't decide which is my favourite-probably the English muffin garlic bread. Maple is such a sweetie I'll be the kids loved dog sitting her! Hey, I've never seen those sour cream and onion Goldfish-were they good? Sour cream and onion is my favourite chip flavour. P.S How does your hair stay so shiny and smooth during this oppressive heat wave? Mine is a frizzy mess. If you use a specific product please share

@@lilyelizabeth9080 thanks, Lily. The English muffins would have been my favourite too! Maple is a sweet girl, so gentle and lovable. The goldfish were good! Better than regular goldfish, they are crispier. Funny you mention my hair, it's been so hot and humid here and my hair has been a frizzy mess all summer! Lol I think I had washed and straightened it right before I filmed that first clip. But I do normally use a smoothing cream, I'll see if I can include a pic here. I'm currently out of it though. I hope you're having a great week so far! 😊 I cant seen to attach a picture here, but it's called 'TIGI Bed head after party smoothing cream' it comes in a pink tube!! 🙂

When you say fend for yourself, what does that look like for kids Emily and Audrey’s age?

@@533134 Audrey knows how to make herself a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Her brothers also help her. Emily is obviously too young to fend for herself, her siblings are quick to help though, or I make hers. Have a great week. 😊
