This item will save considerable money in the long term by providing no dig garden compost - a gardening method advocated by Charles Dowding - as we work towards a more sustainable future.
We could have created a pallet style compost bin, but the Aerobin 200 composter is aesthetically pleasing and provides an attractive compost bin solution in the garden. However I wish we had spent a little more on the product in the link above, which includes a temperature gauge for monitoring the biological break-down of organic material.
That said, the design of the Aerobin should aerate the compost and help to speed up the process through hot composting, via the patented aeration lung.
