Fishing for eater sized panfish in the fall has become a tradition for Claira and I on Canadian Thanksgiving. We actually filmed this a couple of weekends ago, but I've been swamped with school and hockey so we just managed to get the edit together. Hope you enjoy the video! #takeakidfishing #girlswhofish

Claira has her own boat? Cool! There is so much to discover about the ecological balance of nature through fishing (and also hunting). Since this video was shot during Thanksgiving Day Weekend, I hope you guys had a great Hallowe'en! Did you dress up in anything fish-related?

awesome video again Averie! damn that wind was strong to shift the boat fast! must have been nice to be able to enjoy the weekend especially after being busy with school. have u tried using those panfish as livebait before?

We aren't allowed to use panfish as bait because they aren't considered baitfish... in saltwater that rule is different I believe.

@@AverieRose oh really? i've seen a few videos of dudes using panfish like bluegill as livebait for bass b4 but that was in a different state
