Yup you’re right. They really need to be careful when they’re really close. During their Black Swan performance on James Corden, V kicked j-hope really hard in the face during this difficult move and J-hope said it was extremely painful and he felt like he was about to faint. He handled it so well bc most of us missed it.
Fun fact: in dna, the lalala part, that move took hours for them to learn. If I’m not wrong, j-hope took like 10m I think, to get the move then helped the others. Dance leader indeed
There are lot other great choreographies but to me BTS has the coolest, swaggest, amazing and most charming choreographies. They did not just dance, but it has charms that only BTS has and in BTS exists.
Oh they hurt each other alright, they just wouldn't show it on cam! They even make it as a joke when they do a Vlive or something after a show or performances. Just like for example on the James Corden Show where they danced the BlackSwan, jhope got kicked by V on the face! And Jhope said he almost passed out! Lol. And you wouldn't noticed it! That's how professional they are!
the stage was really small and tae baby is a tall boy so it wasnt the baby's fault :D but joke asides they handle accidents well cuz obviously accidents always happen. and btw I like to add they had to change the Dionysus choreo cuz jk hurt his chin it was dangerous.
9:37s, i don’t know how they remember all this because!!!!!!! even, for a while before they were ready to make their debut, u know!! They practice 14-15 hours a day It's a hell of a practice
Don't think too much of the difficulty levels. The rankings have no actual substance other than that they're the creator's opinion of level of difficulty
The treat here is at 3:30 you get to see BTS's in-house Dance Master/Choreographer, "Mr. Son" Sungdeuk dancing in the back row in black cap/shirt/shorts outfit and beard and mustache.
This video can be misleading... first of all, they don’t show they hardest or bast part of the choreo, and second there’s a lot of choreos that I think should be there, and third it is only the OPs opinion But love your reaction as always!
These moments remind me of how Bang pd told Suga that he would only need to rap as this group was gonna be a pure hip hop group with no cliché dancing 😂
The main thing I dont like about this video you reacted to is that a lot of rankings make no sense logistically, which can be ignored, but they didnt even show the actual difficult parts of most of the songs which unfortunately makes the rankings seem even more off if you dont already know the choreo for the full thing lol. It's unfortunate, the creator could have done a more thorough job, but its decent overall.
Also faster doesn’t always mean harder. An example of choreography that isn’t necessarily difficult/fast but hard to pull off if not executed correctly is Move by Taemin.
Please react to - BTS "TOMORROW" ENG SUB LIVE HYYH CONCERT - Inspirational & meaningful English subtitles on screen!! Awesome vocals, rapping, dance, & equally amazing choreography!!
@MintKookie - The most absolutely important thing for me personally, is the song itself that Suga co-wrote & co-produced with Slow Rabbit (BigHit in-house producer). Although I loved their performance & the way they all looked!!! The BTS "Tomorrow" HYYH Concert version has the ever so important English lyrics on screen so you can understand the so meaningful inspirational lyrics, which in turn just enhances the performance that much more!! Also by understanding the lyric translation, you'll realize how much the meaning of the song is translated through some of the choreo!! Not to mention how absolutely amazing they all looked, and how equally amazing they performed during that concert!! To me it had so much more passion, emotion, & energy!! But then again they weren't up since early in the morning like during the comeback, just performing this song as one of their last songs way late at night!! Poor JK even was fighting a sore throat, and they were all so exhausted!! But aside from that, TV broadcasts like Mnet aren't safe to see due to copyright infringement!! YT is do random so not everyone gets a strike or the vid removed but it's not worth the risk!! Plus the Bangtan Bomb version is not a good quality!!
Abbiea123 I know what you mean, now matter what we should always check out the lyrics from a song to understand the full meaning. I just like the mnet performance because they are older in the video and the lighting is very good, and the camera work is good, the lighting in the Hyyh is abit dark so I think that it is hard to fully appreciate the choreography. I watch from a channel ( I think its called agp poldii) and it’s been up for a very long time, never taken down by mnet. Anyway that’s just my preference, we all have our preferences 😊
The Black Swan incident was because the James Corden stage was really small and V and Suga was too close to J Hope. So when they had to do the kick step, V kick J Hope and since they supposed to kick really hard. J Hope almost fainted. But since he's a pro, he just ignored the pain and kept on dancing. (watch J Hope explain the whole thing on V live. The funniest part was that V didn't realise it cause he said he was so nervous and focus) After hearing the story I went to check and yes you can see Hobi hold his head. But we only notice it because they told us the story.
In fact in black swam at late late show with james gordan J-hope was smacked in the face with V's foot and I didn't realize it until hobi & V did a Vlive and they talked about it when I re-watched the video I was shoked how J-hope was so professional that no one noticed that he got hurt ..
Hey.. You should watch Anpanman, Go Go, and 21st century girl live performance.. It's super fun to watch 😊 And also you have to watch BTS awesome mic handling while they perform we are bulletproof.. It never fail to amazed you
Imagine being kidnap then yourr dancing their choreography we could knock them out seriously😂 i even remember dancers covering their songs saying that they literally go to the hospital because of body ache after that😂
They’ve had rehears every movements and have so much stage control every song.that is why still amazes me from now and then.im still so hooked and love watching them rehears and other shows
Almost every army will tell you that this list is BS! 🔥 There's no way that 'Boy with Luv' is harder than 'Boy in Luv' 🙄 When 'Idol' came out the members were saying that it's the toughest choreography yet! This song has a few easy movements, but is overall extremely exhausting. The ranking is just something the person making the video thinks....
Nicole Wolf yeah I have learned Idol, and while the moves are not the hardest to remember, all the kicks and jumps are tiring as hell, idk how the boys do it at their concerts while singing at the same time

I'm a professional dancer myself and I love watching this video. BTS executes every movement with such precision. ITS NUTS!!!! I've been dancing for 14 years and I am nowhere NEAR this - I mean who would bahaha. I love how IDOL was one of the hardest and I'm like "I learnt that choreo in 2 days, whats the matter?" hhahahaha
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR BTS REACTIONS!! To me, they are the best in the business! I love how you really appreciate the blood, sweat and tears that these boys put into every single performance! You Rock!
BTS said themselves Fake love was hardest , after ON MV released, they said it was most difficult choreo that means Blood sweet tears, Fake love ON are most difficult But in this list Fake love was not last
Actually their choreographies are overall getting harder. So I can not agree with this rankings in this video 😂 but i always love your reactions! Thank you!!
my favorite thing about this is you realized how close they are and how dangerous it is if they mess up. however despite all of that, you can see that they don’t bother to look at each other during choreo to see how close they are cause they have complete trust that the other member will dance correctly 💜
i like thhis video in that it shows the many different choreos to people who might not know about BTS's many different dances .. the thing i dont really like is, in my eyes as an army who knows most if not all of their dances, that they missed choreos bts themselves have said were the hardest and their ranking of the difficulty of the songs is very subjective, of course like any youtube ranking will be, and that in the songs that were difficult and they gave it a high ranking they didn't even show the most difficult, or fast, or complicated parts
When said fight scene in their dancing... that's actually true sjnxjxjznz there's a joke that goes in kpop fandom that bts does martial arts in their choreography compared to other companies
Lol he was feeling the danger for danger! I saw a picture of jimin with bruised knees and I’ve seen vids of members accidentally hitting each other, so I think yeah it happens!
If you watch the Black Swan performance on the James Cordon show, you'll see Jhope got kicked in the face by V. So if they're off by even a little bit someone can indeed get hurt.
Although I don't always agree with the ranking of difficulty, this video is showing their variety when it comes to the dance moves, very well. Thanks for reacting to it and stay safe :)
Its a great feeling that we have you in this quarantine period. Thank you always! And let us all stay safe and healthy. Dont forget to watch BTS Korean Lessons starting later today... 😃😃😃
Hey, unfortunately we did witness someone getting slapped with a foot. The James Cordon Show when they first did Black Swan. V's foot met with J Hopes face. But you can hardly notice it because, Hobi kept going like a pro. I'm sure it hurt but it was not hard enough to knock him out.
I've never seen someone come at it with that perspective before... Yeah they could really hurt each other. But they've worked with each other so long and are so in sync with each other I never really thought about it.
Yup that's true if one person did wrong or slow in dances they kick member so it's really hard they really need to be carefull....Love ur reactions 💜💜✌️✌️💜💜
MangKoya Cypher oh yes!! I’ve been telling him many times! “House of Army” is just hilarious hats off to JHope. Have to watch behind the scenes as well. So entertaining these boys are talented. They can do anything
They will not hurt each other, you can't see it in dance videos becuase maybe at the camera looks like there's no space between others but it actually have enough space for them to dance, but they need to adjust when the stage is small, like in james corden show tae accidentally kicked jhope in the face because the stage is small.
There videos where V is really good at remembering choreography of old and new songs, he’s really good at memorizing and remembering even the members agree
Actually I have learnt to perform most of the songs just by watching the dance practices without any tutorials. Most of the songs I have learnt are from level 10 Includes DNA
This isn’t the most accurate video out there, but it gives you an okay idea (it also doesn’t include all the choreographies as well as newer ones) For example, this video left out the “tomorrow” choreography as well as placing “run” after “fake love” despite “run” being way simpler than “fake love”
BTS level one dance,, seems easy let’s try it ,, ended dead with muscles cramps for a week ! 🙂💔 ,, so you told me it’s freaking LEVEL 1 !!!!!! ,, Nobody can match this boys 😎👌🏽
i also want to add, imo what makes a song is in that level is because when you dance the whole song you could feel how exhausting it is. like DNA is not that hard to follow, but when you dance the whole song and try to keep up your stamina in stable then you might understand what i mean
Another thing to keep in mind is that in the harder pieces of choreography the boys will switch formations with jumps or turns instead of walking. That's several orders of magnitude harder than a usual formation change, once I got kicked in the side during a turning transition and ended up with a fractured rib
