1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 - 14 oz packages chocolate cream filled sandwich cookies
Note! If you're using a stand mixer, you might want to divide this recipe in half and combine both at the end. This full recipe will probably be to much volume for a stand mixer bowl.
