Hi Kylie, I would go all the way up to the 6th note (7 9 8 10 11 12) then finish with the first three (7 9 8, 8!). Try it and let me know if that works, hehe

It's on the chord chart on my website, but start on the C string and play frets 7, 9, then E string 8, 10, 11, 12 then A string 10, 12, 15, 15. Happy uke playing!
