Just got my first ukulele today, and as it's the first string instrument I've played since 1 year of violin in 5th grade I've been struggling with some of the fingering. But the way you described G as the triangle and the bodyguards--seriously that is the most helpful thing ever, I'm jumping to G now like it's no big thing! Thanks for this tutorial!!

That is so Cool!!- I only JUST got a UKE 2 days ago! I got thru half way & paused it & ended up working out the rest of the song by myself then realised that I'd worked out 'What a Wonderful World' & not 'Over the Rainbow' LOL ...So I continued to watch your vid & learnt the other! I have looked at a lot of tutorial videos and I liked this one the best. I wish you called out the chords both times you played the verse though, not just the second time. That is really helpful to learn and I just keep rewinding. Anyway, that you so much - love this!!!

I really like your tutorial videos. You're very patient, you seem to relate to your audience (especjially newbies), and you leave me ready to grab my uke, rewind your video, and go. My only request is that you play the song at the beginning of your videos. Then at the same time maybe I'll be able to play along with you. OH: do you know any EASy funny songs? Hi Antoine! Yeah, so the numbers mean the frets to press from the closest to your face to ground. So Fadd9, put your middle finger on the top string, 2nd fret. Then skip the string, and on the next string, put your ring finger on 3rd fret. Hope that makes sense. Dm7 you'll use your middle for 2, ring for 2, index for 3, and pinky for 3. Happy strumming!
