. Curry Leaves (10 - 15 Nos)
. Ginger Chilli Paste (1 TBSP)
. Peanuts (2 TBSP)
. Cashew Nuts (8-10 Nos)
. Onion (1 Medium Sized)
. Salt To Taste
. Water (4 Cups)
. Ghee (1 TBSP)
. Chopped Coriander Stems (2 TSP)
For Coconut Chutney:
. Coconut (1 cup)
. Red Chillies (2 Nos)
. Cumin (1 TSP)
. Salt to Taste
. Sugar (1.5 TSP)
. Roasted Chana Dal (1 TBSP)
. Green Chillies (2 Nos)
. Coriander Leaves (A handful)
. Water as required
. Tadka (Oil, Chana Dal, Red Chillies, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves)
