Wash them all at one time, rinse 2 xs and then let them all dry together on a large kitchen towel or napkins, spot dry from the top with napkins too. This works for me I usually wash any where from 70 - 100 at a time on bug order holidays and pop ups.

I have Callebaut W2 white callets…can I add candy colouring once I’ve tempered it? I’ve never tried adding colouring. Also, can gel food colouring be added or that would ruin the chocolate? I’ve just learned how to temper and have done many recipes but, I’m still learning 😊🙋🏻‍♀️

Hii Destiny ✨ I find my strawberries at Costco and Sam’s club but you can always check your local grocery stores and see if they medium to large strawberries. I know it can be difficult to find them around this time! Goodluck 💗
