Like you, Michele, I'm not much of a griller - I feel like I get the same effect from roasting, with much less active time required. Cooked carrots are one of the few things I turn my nose up at, but I am curious about these carrot dogs. Could you simmer them in the marinade until they are the desired level of doneness? I imagine that serving them up in lettuce wraps with some kraut and beans would be a fun "salad dog". Great job with all the recipes. I always have fun watching your videos!
I would thicken the left over marinade an use it as a bbq sauce on the hot dogs. It looks great i saw a similar recipe on medical medium. I love eating as a new vegan life just feels better now

I’am so thankful I found your channel? Now i lam new with eating plant based foods! I’ve been eating eggs for years! I love oatmeal. I gave up fried food and soda! Is hard to eat plant foods everywhere?? Like restaurants!
Always something to consider, but of course it’s not something to eat daily. Every once in a while or on the 4th of July is the way I’d personally incorporate grilling. ☺️
I think ketchup and mustard would make your lettuce bun taste a lot better if the situation ever occurs again. And pickles and/or tomatoes and/or onions if they have any there
