I'm so sorry for your grandmother, and may she be cured soon. This was someone's original idea, as I came across it when I was binge watching your last year's videos. So it is: Do you mind making a video of "shopping with me" like a vlog sort of or a haul?, because we only see limited ingredients being made into process.
The tofu thing is because of the water in the small holes...... The liquids increase in volume as they freeze and expand the holes, The holes are then leave behind as the tofu defrosts....... We call this kind of tofu "frozen tofu" in China :P

I always love to watch your videos!! Also great idea for the tofu skewer. I think when we freeze tofu, the water inside of it crystallize and that creates sort of holes after defrosted and makes it easier to get more flavor and sauce in.

Ok this summer I will be making the zucchini and sausage one. I love those sausages from yves. I live in maine and we dont have all the yve's product's. i really liked these sausages last summer and my dad thought I was nuts for eating 10 in less then 2 weeks.
Your recipes are really useful, thanks for posting they really helped me out lately, do you think the lentils muffins recipe could be made into a vegan meatloaf? if so would it need any changes to recipe or could i just bang it in a loaf tin and bake it for about 40mins.
Hi Liv, I just wanted to say I love your vids so much!!! Your videos really show that vegan food misses out on nothing whether it's flavour or nutrition. I unfortunately still live with my parents so vegan is not always possible because but at least veggie. But as soon as I live on my own I want to become fully vegan and I strongly think it won't be that hard with VeganTubers like you. Love you, you're very pretty too!!! :) :)
Defrosted tofu absorbs flavor better because the water that was inside the tofu turned to lil ice pockets in the freezer. When you defrost it the pockets become open for flavoring to permeate the tofu better.
