Easy Vegetarian Asparagus Soup 

This quick and easy soup can easily be made vegan by adding a couple tablespoons of non-dairy milk in place of the cream or leaving out the cream entirely. In fact I think half a cup of cream is probably too much for me. Try a quarter cup. Anyway it’s great hot, warm or cold for summer.
