I appreciate this artwork so much. Because it was a big challenge for me. It took me about an hour to master the petals. But through prayer and determination I got it. Thank you Liesl. Now I have another type of flower I can paint. And I finally learned a method of how to use my angle brush. You are a great instructor!

What kind of paper do you use? I’m going to practice with those brushes!

Glad you asked! The paper I like to use, (especially for practice because it’s not too expensive!) is Canson XL Watercolor Paper. It usually comes in 140lb. and has around 30 pages that can tear out easily. If you can’t get that kind, try to get paper that is at least 140lb, and Cold Press. Happy Painting! 😊
