Thank you for the simple tutorial... my white candy melt don't melt by itself do you know why? It remain grainy n sometimes I try melting in microwave n double boiler for 3 mins n still nothing ...
Can we store this in room temperature.. adding fondant on the top? Usually I do the coating using whipped cream..if I kept it in fridge it will be spoiled.. will this help in this case?

Yes cause I make video in different time.. For making Ganache and for covering cake... I want to share Tutorial for covering cake only but then I decide to add making Ganache method also.
Has anyone found that ganache in a hot climate melts when compared with buttercream? I want to try this out for a cake I’m making but it’s quite hot where I am and a bit worried as I’ve not done this before and don’t want to mess up the cake!
