same I've tried so many things just to get some circle shaped blur around the edges that ISN'T following my keyframed image and this was just the right tutorial
Thank you! It gives me a lot of joy when I read comments like this! It is a great feeling to know that the work you give a lot of energy, is helping somebody! Welcome to my channel ☺️
Very informative video. Thank you. You showed this in an image. Could you also tell, what to do if I want to include this effect on a moving video but I want the highlight to remain on a particular subject or object.
Worldwide Love and Support! Quick question… Do you know how to make the highlighted area scroll across the screen whenever I try to do key frames with the adjustment clip it moves everything if that makes sense. I guess My question is how do you make a highlight area track on a scrolling page or track a moving object
Can you individual colour settings for multiple Windows inside an Adjusment layer? Looks like the settings apply to all shapes. So I have to make 2 adjustment windows, if I want, a reverse blur/darken like you did. and THEN, another adjustment layer with a red highlight.
Hi, I'm really new into davinci, can I do this to the same clip in which I have modified using fusion? Or do I need to add a new adjustment clip? Thank you!
If I understand you well, to achieve that you'd need to use keyframes on the color tab of DaVinci Resolve, but I don't have tutorial for that, unfortunately ☹️
That is ok, we all have been there. We are here to help as much as we can. A video is the best way to achieve what you need, so try searching for videos on keyframes in color tab and hopefully it will help you
Followed it right through until actually changing the colour and nothing is happening when I move the wheel, or with the line. Sure I’ve done everything else, any ideas?
Watched this, thanks for the video! However, I do feel that for such an simple thing, Resolve should just have some kind of simple tool instead of going thru this multi step process. Afterall, we're talking about selecting area and then creating highlight clip from that, shouldn't be that hard to implement.
