My name is Irina Lyamshina. In this video you will see how I paint the Iris flower by a round brush.
You will need:
- round brushes 1, 11, 4;
- gouache, acrylic paint or tempera paint;
- purple, yellow, white, ocher, green;
- paper with density 160 g / m²

Perfect I had a lot of trouble with chain pull version yesterday I probably shouldn’t have done any art yesterday because I scraped multiple canvases I would rather do it this way for now

It's beautiful!!! Can I ask you what kind of paper do you use? Does it have a percentage of cotton? Because I would have wanted to buy the Canson Mi teinte that is 160 g/m2 how you say, but the seller tell me that is too subtle. However I think that she was wrong because the result is amazing in your paintings.

Thank you)) This paper does not contain cotton. Of course, the denser the paper, the better. I think you should buy the paper you chose.

You make it look so simple yet the beauty of it shines. I do have a question. How many times do you let the paint dry ? And what is the length of time? And yes I am a beginner.

This is gouache. It dries very quickly. If you will use acrylic paints, then wait for the sketch to dry. This is also not for long. I think 2-3 minutes
