This Video is Industry oriented video. Here I am explaining about the Configuration setting of the Digital Multifunction Meter of Schneider Electric of model EM6436H in panel.
This video is a practical oriented video where you can learn many things which will help you in an interview and industry.
Programming :
I) Press the left button 2-3 times and go to home page where you see the option RMS.
ii) Press up key 1/2 time then you can see " maintain".
iii) Press enter key then you can see diag.
iv) Press up button 1 time then Set parameter will show in display.
v) Then press enter / right key and insert into the parameter setting.
vi) After pressing enter button " Code " will appear in display. The default code is 0000.
vii) After setting the code value press enter key, then type will be appear.
viii) In type there are many option you can see but you have to set the option as per your wiring connection. Here I did the wiring connection of type 3P.4L.
ix) After selecting appropriate type, press enter then Vt , then select no. Vt if there is no Vt used in system. Normally in HT panel we use Vt. As there no vts are connected, we set it to no. vt.
x) Then press enter keykey, Ct. will be appear in screen. There are many options like A.1 if only one CT connected in R phase, A.3 if only one CT connected in B phase...., A.23 if 2 CT connected in yellow and blue phase..., A.123 if 3 CT connected in R, Y, B phases. As I connected 3 CTs in R, Y, B phases I chose the option A.123.
xi)Then press enter key, Ct.Pri will appear and we have to set the value of CT primary, here my CT value is 400/5 so I select CT primary is 30.
xii)Then press enter key, Ct.SEC will appear and we have to set the value of CT secondary, here my CT value is 400/5 so I select CT secondary is 5.
xiii) Then press enter key, Freq will appear in screen. Set the value 50 as we are in India and equipment are designed to operated in 50Hz frequency.
xiv) Then press enter key, A.SUP will appear in display and this is the minimum value of current beyond which the meter start it's reading. I seted it with 05 mA.
xv) Then press enter key, P.SEL will apper. Here we have to choose that which type of power we have to measurr. For active power we have to set W (watt), for reactive power we have to set VAR, for apparent power we have to choose VA.
xvi) Then press enter key, password will appear. The default password is 0000, but we can customize as per our requirement.
xvii) Now we set all the parameter. Next we have to press left key then save option will appear. If all the data we set are correct then enter yes and save the programming.
xviii) Now your parameter setting is completed.
