Appreciate this being explained in a way that my room temp IQ can understand. I have watched a few guides and I know it’s meant for HLC because it’s like “we go in on cycle 6 and make sure you stand on the 13th tile to the right on the 3rd tick we hit with a 5t weapon and then we use true tile to walk under with shift and Ctrl while dropping a restore and then we’re in cycle but don’t drop ticks because otherwise it will ruin it and your baby will be born bald”
I always used to do the messy version of the dance where I panic click between Baba and Crystal like 8 times until Baba gets fed up. This is much more cleaner.
@@PenSirOSRS it sure will help! All the other guides make it seem more complicated for an average gamer like me! I’ve been doing solo 365/375s and always low on supplies at baba, hopefully this and learning to butterfly will help me push into the solo 400s!
Pro tip: turn on the invocation for endless attempts so you can practice without having to waste supplies and having to do monkey room again. (Especially when your an ironman)
I haven't done this much but don't you just need to walk under 3 tiles to set it up rather than do this awkward dance? Walk 3 tiels to set up, 2 tiles to keep hitting afterwards.
Every time you click on the teleport crystal you should walk 2 tiles in before clicking to attack him. Getting in the cycle is a bit different, you have to do that little "dance" in the middle I show. The starting order goes like this: MAKE SURE YOU'RE HOLDING CTRL FOR THE ENTIRE THING(or be on walk) 1. Right when you see him attack you attack him back 2. Click on the crystal and walk 2 steps in 3. Click to attack him to take 1 step back 4. Click on crystal to take 1 step in again 5. Click to attack him You'll be in the normal cycle at this point. Now just click on the crystal every time you hear the "boom" and take two steps in then attack him to take 2 steps out. keep in mind you need to be "uphill" from the crystal (think monkey in the middle of you and the crystal) and you can't be on the edge tiles of baba or in the center tile (You want to be on tile 2 or 4 as shown in the video).
