How do you determine the time and amount of liquid? It seems like you always have the two correct. Is the liquid supposed to just be enough to cover the food?
It truly does matter what your cooking. Sometimes it doesn’t need to cover. You never want to have any less than a cup in my opinion. As you need it to build the pressure of the pot. Also I won’t post until I have perfected it enough to share. Are there any particular recipes you would like?
