I have always loved your content but this video is sooooo difficult to watch. The video in the middle with a blurred video playing in the background make me dizzy to watch. I cant be the only person this type of video is bothersome to. I have always appreciated the full video postings on RU-vid.

I record my RU-vid videos on my iPhone and it doesn’t do this. Her other videos used to not do this.. it’s is annoying

I’ve really enjoyed following you over the last couple years. The quality of your videos have been outstanding however lately I’ve noticed just a thin strip of the video with the side’s being blurred out. This can be distracting and I’m hoping this isn’t permanent. You’ve been so inspiring and informative and I want to thank you. I’ll check back in a few weeks.

You're really amazing. It's so sweet when you start getting rid of that unwanted weight. I lost 42 pounds in less than 3 months and have kept it off since then. Key thing to note is that I exercised daily for months, but my issue was the struggle with my calorie intake. It was just impossible for me to eat less. It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise. I talked about this extensively on my channel, though

I used to think that weight loss/maintenance was about low calorie/high volume consumption. Turns out this is the exact opposite of what is good for us. We mix up food volume and satiety all the time. Stretch receptors in your stomach may signal that the belly is full, but doesn't tell you if you got enough nutrition. So in an hour or so, you are looking around the kitchen for a snack. Foods that produce satiety, the sense of being nourished completely will last for hours and hours and hours. Low calorie/high volume food is the exact opposite of what to do to maintain good weight, nutrition and blood glucose levels.

I followd 15 days the starch solution. I lost 4 kg but i kept a lot of water on my body. I also have no energy and feeling numb. I need healthy fad to function and i may not each so much high carbs. Unfortunately 😢
