Favorite cheese sauce, and I've tried them all. I boil my potatoes, carrots, and cashews together. When I don't have a fresh lemon, I use apple cider vinegar instead. Yummy!

Fat doesn’t make you fat. Your body needs it. We were taught that in the 90s that we were supposed to eat less fat and move more. Sorry we found out that that’s a lie.

Kiki, I love you, I love your channel, I’ve been watching it for roughly 3-4 years. I like watching how you teach your kids to be respectful, grateful and teach them how to respect nature, making meals at home, taking care of their health etc, and I also understand the costs involved of producing a book. But, I went to Amazon to purchase your book Plantifully Wholesome and I was flabbergasted to see it was $94. I’m sorry but there are literally thousands of books out there with plenty of like recipes. I think this cost is outrageous. So, unless the price comes down considerably, I won’t be purchasing it. But I will continue watching your channel. Just being honest here! One more thing, I truly love Pick Up Limes too and she has plenty of unique recipes that I’ve tried, I’ve never seen her charge this much for anything she’s produced. The app they produced I know was tons of hard work yet it doesn’t break the bank.
I'm just seeing this. Florida is extremely diverse and my sister who is black and her family live there. My best friend is also in Florida. I visit Florida often. You must have somehow landed in the one spot that still discriminates based on skin color. Glad you are out of there.

This is a very serious question did you just go from eating all the bad foods to a plant based lifestyle? I’m so tired of all the overload of information telling we hv to do all these detoxes and cleanses before we just go raw or plant based please shed some light on this please and thank you
