This is a super easy recipe to combat dry chapped lips throughout the winter months. Sugar scrubs can help remove dead skin cells on your lips and I have added other ingredients like, coconut oil, Jojoba Oil, vitamin oil and Eucalyptus Essential oil and they all work wonders on chapped lips.
