Thank you so much for inspiring me to try and do my own things. Over the last year and a half I have tried my hardest to accumulate certain things. Since my father has passed due to lung cancer and my stepfather has passed now, sold everything of my father's, I don't have tools. I don't have is the money to buy a new miter saw I thought the one I bought was big enough unfortunately it was only a Ryobi 7 inch. I was trying to do the 4x4 coasters but of course the 7-inch won't work. Stupid me, lol. Me and my husband both live off of SSI that barely covers bills. But I am trying my hardest to do what I can that's what I got and I keep getting discouraged. Watching you inspires me. Skol my shield brother. Maybe one day I'll be able to afford a better miter saw or even a table saw. But it's so hard to save money nowadays and I'm trying to make projects to make money just to help cover some extra things. I hope your wife and you have a wonderful Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas unfortunately I don't know any of the Viking holidays but I am wanting to learn so much more about my heritage maybe one day.
Siiiiiiir again man you are going to keep me busy, I like watching on the tv but then so does my wife. Meaning I now need to make more things. Thank you so much for the videos. I’m thankful that I found you to help me find something to do with my life again. Of course I’m thankful for my beautiful family first and foremost. But you sir have helped me find something I loved doing again.
Thank you for another amazing video. I'm loving the fall project ideas because I have none. Im thankful for my mother and my fiance and her daughter. I'm also thankful for you brother. You have inspired me so much and helped me move my woodworking farther along. Also Jack will be in my thoughts and prayers
Dude! I’ve always had a want to do woodworking but always felt it was something difficult and needed expertise but your videos are seriously inspiring. It’s made me just pick up a few tools and just try. Really appreciate that because it’s given me something I LOVE doing and gives me some end results.
I'm Thankful for my Family, and my Friends. I'm also Thankful for you and folks like you who give their time, knowledge and expertise for people like us and do it freely. Thanks Brother.
Another great set of projects Daniel! These two projects are perfect to work on with the grandkids.. I’m grateful for my wife, kids and grandkids also for the sponsors of my crohns biologics treatments. Take care, Wayne
I really liked that pumpkin. Im here in the upper Midwest and people LOVE things like that. Only, I think if I did it, I'd use black string on the sides and tie the bow on the stem with green, and stain the wood orange instead of painting them. Thats just me. Either way, a set of three will definitely sell! Great vid. Thank you.
I went to my local "At Home" store and took a ton of pics for ideas of stuff to build. Between "Hobby Lobby", "Kirkland's", "At Home", and "World Market" (and a few others depending on where you live) there are ENDLESS ideas! Oh yeah, and don't sleep on "Dollar Tree" either. Get you some!
I like that little pumpkin project. There's a trick for the laser engraver when you want to burn a design onto something that's already painted. You can put down blue painter's tape over the area where the design will go and then it won't leave all that soot on the painted area. You can also use that painter's tape trick if you wanted to use the laser to put a design on something and then paint that design like some lettering or a logo. Just have the laser burn the design into painter's tape and then paint the design before you take the tape off. Not sure how the settings for the laser change when doing the tape trick but there are several videos of people showing how to do that.
Another great video! One thing I noticed on the pumpkin, if you do the chamfer on the bottom as well you can then start the string under and end under so you have a clean line going around the pumpkin and no hanging ends. Just another item I'll be building in the shop tomorrow!
Howdy brother! Thanks for all the ideas and content you have shared with all us splinter magnets! I work 70+hrs a week here in this plant. The wonderful life of an industrial maintenance foreman. So when I have time to get in the shop I don’t have to rack my brain for ideas!!
I'm thankful for organ donation and the hero that gave me a second chance! Life saving liver transplant Nov. 2022 kidney transplant Nov.2023! Thankful to my family and everyone who helped! The doctors gave me 3 days! God bless tge young man in his fight that you mentioned!
You forgot a few minor but important details when it comes to cedar pickets. When you lay the 3 pieces out, you should point out the crown needs to be positioned the same, and the other detail would be that the cedar will dramatically contract more than 1/4 as it dries. Other than that, awesome video as usual.
Top man Bearded Viking wish I had half your wood working ability. Sold a few things here in the uk but nothing of a high profit yet working on it with the limited space I have
Daniel me and my 6 year old granddaughter watch you on RU-vid and she helps me in my woodworking shop and I was getting ready to shot a nail in and I heard say her shot a brand in the ass. Well I hope she never says that in front of her mother or my wife because I’ll be in trouble lol. But we love your show and your Harley saw lol.
Great fall projects! Question... You said that the last project, the pumpkin, was controversial but never told us what the controversy is about! I don't know enough about it to give my thoughts on it! LOL I sure appreciate your inspiration and humor and the ideas you give us!
O.K. how about a video on the next step? After the sale, boxing for shipping. All the online stores that sell boxes are usually around 20 to 25 boxes and I don't need that many. What do you do?
