So i decided to add yoga into my morning routine before i go to work. I usually run about 3 miles every morning so after i decided to try out this video i realized that I have a lot of tension built up in my legs and my shoulders, any tips i can use to try and release this tension because even with the modified versions that were supposed to be easier on the legs and hamstring, i still found it painful to do these streches, so if you could help me that would be great
quick tip that worked really well for me is to watch the video at half speed if this is a first time. especially if you feel the need to watch her transitions to follow them. super helpful to me and hope it helps someone else that gets frustrated like i do when i cant pick something up really fast. I learn by watching and half speed gives me a second to look over to the video before following instructions. this is a great video with a really nice vibe to it to immerse me into the stretch!
FYI: I am retired and overweight so I know I need to modify my positions for me. I’ve been following this video for 3 weeks now, and still haven’t reached the maximum stretching I want per position, but I’ve already lost weight, feel so much more limber, and stretching farther each week. I’ve even got my daughter started too, and I am so happy! If I’d known I could lose any weight just doing yoga, which is just stretching, I would’ve done this in my 20’s! I’m inspired and thankful! 🧘🏻♀️
@@livelaughlitigate3106 No. Best way to burn fat is to keep your heart rate up, so any activity that raises your heart rate for 15 mins or more is the best. I walked on a treadmill for 30 mins per night for 6 months, didn't change my eating habits at all and lost nearly 20kg.
Thank you so much Boho beautiful. This has been a life changer for me both mentally and physically. After 4 months of doing this daily routine with you my back is so much stronger and in so much less pain! You've done an amazing job and I love the different scenery every day coming into my lounge!
im 13 and i play volleyball. i have never realized how tense i was until doing those stretches. i cant even touch my toes. im doing this everyday now so thank you !
Thank you for sharing this video 🙏🏾 At the beginning I really didn't want to do it and I almost quit twice at the start but then I remembered that I am doing this for myself and that I deserve it. I pushed through and now I am grateful I did it. ❤️ Sending love to whoever reads this, may you have a lovely day ❤️
I just started exercising again for the first time in 2 years, after some medical stuff happened, and this yoga video was the perfect way to help me, gently, get back into it. Perfect for beginners!!
I just wanted to say thank you for all the yoga videos you do. I’m 27 and two months ago I was diagnosed with spina bifida occulta and degenerative disc disease and I am in constant pain but once I start one of your videos the pain eases. I am so thankful for you ❤️
I am so very happy I found you!!! I used to be quite flexible and pretty good at yoga. Then at the age of 55 I had both knees replaced. A few years later both shoulders, then lastly my right hip. Now my left hip is showing signs of the need for replacement. (I am now 65.) My range of motion has taken a nosedive. But this routine (although I would be able to do much better without these replacements) is one that I can handle. I am going to try to do it each morning. Eventually when I feel more confident I will look into your other videos. Thank you so so much! I also love the fact that it is just 20 minutes, which is doable for me in my busy mornings getting ready for work! Have you made other videos similar to this one?
You must have been through so much....Your starting over is really inspiring. I can recommend Louise Hay's books for any healing processes, they aligned very much with some of the quotes in this channel.
Thank you so much. This yoga session was good for me going back to yoga after seven weeks recovering from lumpectomy . I still couldn’t stretch my arm 100% but stretching my neck and back felt so good. I am so grateful to be here and doing yoga with you, this is own it’s own a gift to me. To be here and to breath ❤
@@djmisskroft8313 i can🙂 5years back I took a strong med. The yoga helped me with my brain fog. I couldn't remove the med because I would have gotten so tired. I aswell had a lot ache in most of the body, aswell needles pain. This is the only Yoga that helped me through that ☺️ ty for asking🙏
@@AcceptLife thank you for your answer. So the only sport u do is this youga excencises or u do more? Because I am 29 and started feeling pain everywhere, feeling weak and tired most of the time, don't know what to do but I guess I need be more active in my life, go fo see doctors and take vitamines everyday.
@@djmisskroft8313 So what did work for me. I can tell everything since you seem to be in a struggle Yoga for blood circulation, I started yoga namaskar a week ago, similar effect. Walks has been a big benefit for me to remove bad energy and feelings within me. I got help from a psychiatrist who explained how my mind works. Had very much anxiety. Vitamins, for me d vitamin, berocca, Omega-3. somehow I'm very dependant on all of it. Worked typical for me: No Sugar, no meat, no milk, no soy, no gluten. Cold shower, walking and yoga. Sauerkraut, brocolli. D vitamin. Berocca. A very good Chiropractic. Stuff that relaxes always helps a bit After these I can now heal from myself from exercise and the forest, but extra important for me to warm up, feel warm and stretch after. I've had immense pain and ask me anything, all doctors said my body was most healthy patient on every test. 🙏♥️ I'm thankful for the question
@@djmisskroft8313 I've done some back exercises for the back, it for is the core problem. I cant even try to tell you how it's done. It's important to show it the right way. I do it to strengthen my posture, between the lowest point to middle of the spine. That's all I can say
Sometimes going back and remember how it all started with yoga is priceless!! Thank you guys for this unforgettable journey!! Greece 🇬🇷 is sending you love, gratitude and positive vibes!! 💕 Namaste 🙏
This is a great flow not only for begginers, but also for even more advanced yogis. If you are on emotionally bad day or on depressed mode, and your body does not have the courage for a dynamic tiring exercise if you are processing emotional pain and grief, this is a great flow to move the stagnated feelings and shake them off the body. Thank you BoHo Beautiful for creating this lovely yoga practice, on this incredible beach! It reminds me the good life I used to have once, when I was living in SEA. Namaste from Greece
I’m a yoga beginner and I love this video. The only part that is hard for me is taking my arms over my shoulders while bending forward, which I know will get better with time. I really just came to the comments to say how soothing your voice is and I love how you say “awesome” :)
Ive never tried, and after a bad wreck & knee and sciatic pain, I'm feeling joyful tears, it wasn't too hard comfortable and I felt my back relax. Thank you so much. you've got a follower for life! Im excited to keep at it.
very relaxing especially with all we are facing with coronavirus quarantines. I am missing my LA Fitness Yoga classes and found yours to be a relaxing stretch. thank you
Found this video 4 years ago and I always use it when my body is sore or I just need to unwind. I’ve watched it probably 50 times. No matter how long it’s been, it’s always my favorite because I feel SO much better afterwards. Thank you!!!!!!
Your one of a kind!! I can’t even find a teacher around here like you, because I have very little patience for those who talk too much nonsense in between and joke around. Thank you for making this in mind and body experience rather than a conversation!
Thank you! As an older woman, I came looking for a nice way to ease into yoga as a means to manage the healing of the bursitis in my right arm. After 2 days of this, My muscles are feeling really good. My arm reach is even more than last night! Feels so good! The tone of your voice, accompanied by the music, makes it very relaxing and pleasant and nice way to ease on into my day. I think I actually feel alive lol! Thanks again. Namaste! :)
Hello. I lost 30 pounds and my skin was very wrinkled. I started to this yoga video in December 2020. I do this one or another one of yours daily. I can not get over my new body. I am firm and so much flexible. Never could I touch my toes!! My husband says thank you as well. Life is great.
I enjoyed your yoga although after an auto accident, crushed both ankles, have knee replacement and total ankle replacement ,at 70 I am barely able to do yoga and I loved it before the accident. I keep trying to find a program that is easy on the knee and ankles.
Such a beautiful soul, and young lady ( you remind me of my daughter). I am so glad to have come across your *YOGA* page for my home yoga time. YOU'RE A RAY OF 🌞.
This was honestly the best beginner yoga vid I've found yet!! It's not TOO beginner, so I still feel it and it's still a little challenging, really stretches me out in the morning 😍 so relaxing, I have anxiety but the consistent flow of this really calmed my mind and body together. Thank you so much for uploading!!
I've been doing your yoga videos for about a month now and today is the first time my heels could touch the floor when doing downward dog. It might seem like nothing but I was so happy!!! I'm feeling proud of myself for once, because I've put the time and effort and I'm making progress. It's a great feeling!!! Thanks for everything you're doing, wishing your little family the best!!! Lots of love from France :)
I really appreciate the effort of your team to keep ourself healthy and calm during this particular time. Thank you Boho beautiful from beautiful BC. I used to live on the Island back in 2010-2011 and it modified my vision of taking care ou me and my soul, being surounding by such a magnificent piece of nature. I am now living in Montreal, stil on a Island but with a heart healling by the West Coast life style. Namaste 🙏🏼
I found it painful to walk with herniated discs at L5S1, but walked, then added this yoga routine, and have done it daily for several years. It has transformed my life and weirdly maybe even made me a little bit taller. Very grateful
Once a friend said: the way to choose your yoga teacher is to look at her/him and see if you want to become like them one day. I think I found my yoga teacher
Not my first time doing yoga, but my first time doing your easy beginner classes, and I must say.. I loved it. I started with your Yin Yoga classes to stretch and I love all of your videos. So heres to my 2020 new years resolution. I want to incorporate yoga into my life every day. Thank you for sharing your love with us!
One of my favorites! Love the flow (and that it spends lots of time stretching but keeps moving at a good pace). Great for the end of the day to make me feel like I still got my body moving a bit, but still relaxed and ready for bed. Probably good in the AM as well.
I loved this,I am just 60yrs old and since this lockdown I have tried so many different yoga classes. Then today I found this,Perfect start to the day... beautiful girl with a lovely soothing tone to your voice. Thank you so much.
Beautiful practice, but I definitely think the poses are much more intermediate and it is a very fast flow for beginners...I have a knee injury so I'm taking it slower than usual and've been searching for gentle yoga, but this doesn't quite make the mark(no offense)...Anyone have any recommendations? 🙂🙂
Thank you. After weeks of no practice because of a back injury and introducing my 11 year old to yoga, this was a gentle and lovely morning practice. Your sweet voice made practice so peaceful and set the tone for this new day. Namaste. ps: for the numerous commenter finding it difficult: it is never about how it looks but about how it feels and how you breathe, breath being the most important part. Reaching your toes is not the goal, besides, if you practice every day, it will happen naturally at some point.
This was my first time doing yoga and i got to say, i really love it. Its so relaxing and makes me feel calm and happy. Thank you 😊 I think i am going to put this into my daily routine!
June 2020 Well, I stopped for a while, but started right back up again, due to illness, so I’m happy to know that at almost 70 I can still do this! Thx to your video! ❤️
Hope you see this. Since I found you Ive been watching this video regularly and doing my yoga. I love it! Plus I refer everybody, and I have given your name out to many people who are interested too! Thank you
I don't have a yoga mat, I haven't actually exercised in 25 years (other than work and raising kids) and am thin, but very out of shape. Since I've changed so much of my diet and lifestyle over the past couple of years I figured I'd try out yoga. This is the first video I've actually tried to follow all the way through and even though I'm far from accomplishing most of these positions fully I feel like they're positions I would have no problem working into if I work at them daily. Thank you for sharing this! I feel like this is the right time and your teaching is the right fit for me.
Thank you Boho Beautiful! Just followed this beginner's flow to move my body this morning. Great start to the day and created a positive intention for the rest of my day. (especially during the midst of this health crisis!)
🙏 thank you Boho Beautiful for showing me how to let go through yoga and meditation on and even deeper level. Many a tear has fallen during these sessions but the release is worth it. Thank you 🙏, Thank you 🙏, Thank you 🙏
I did yoga for years and it was tremendously helpful. Now the older heavier me wants to get back to it. This vid is good for beginners and at a slow easy pace.
Thanks! I was getting annoyed at pausing it to get in the right position and then resuming to see what movement I was supposed to do. I am fat with back disc issues and rolling up takes like five minutes
Excellent for me! (If you find this too fast, you need to probably do a fundamental class first so you know the poses as she calls them). I am getting back into YOGA after being a YOGA WARRIOR and injuring myself. I LOVE flows and this is a great one for me to strengthen and loosen every part of me enough to find my way back to a full-length, challenging flow.
Thank you so much! I enjoyed it so much! I alwats tried to avoif anything more than 10 minutes, because I was getting tired so much, but this time I took a risk, and that was the best! Thank you Thank you THank you!!!
John p amick Yep. I’m 64 and there is no form of exercise that will change your body for the better more than yoga and I’ve tried them all. It changes your mind for the better as well.
Ehm.. Respect to...... people fighting for human rights, risking their lives to save others after an earthquake, raising their voice to leaders abusing power, etc..
Slimme Sjaan Alex S But this isn't a video about any of those things 😂 it's about a woman who is very good at what she does teaching people something new. I wasn't aware we were all limited to respecting one and only one person now? If we all had to make a list of every person we respect every time we wanted to tell a person we respect them, we'd never stop typing. Go find something that actually matters to prattle on about.
This was done slowly for me to follow and several poses typically shown on knees have similar from seated position. I am grateful for your presentation.
I'm currently in remission of Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is the perfect morning starter for me! You have helped me SO MUCH! I believe this yoga is part of my ability to stay in remission. Thank you!
Thank you so so much. I am so grateful thankful and blessed for every single thing imaginable, you and my higher powers and guides are such amazing divine blessings. Thank you so so much.💛
Really loved this, I've tried a couple of yoga videos which say they're for beginners and couldn't keep up which made me not enjoy it. I did the whole video, great instructions, very calming, nice and slow, feeling really relaxed and hopefully this will be the start of my love of yoga! thank you for your beautiful videos and soul. you're amazing! xxx

Thank you for this beautiful moment. I have been using your video for a week, and I feel better spiritually and emotionally. I have purchased your Yin Yoga. I look forward to working on releasing anxiety, stress, and trauma. It is the perfect fit for my journaling and therapy work I am currently doing. Namaste 🦋
Beautiful practice! Thanks for sharing! I’ll do this one till I strengthen my wrists then I’ll try the other flow session again! Love the background in this one & all of your videos really! I have fixed up a place on my back porch for art & yoga/meditations. It’s my zen place! I have wind chimes hanging, a water fountain I made, rain catchers, humming bird feeders! It’s a beautiful area that I worked very hard on! I painted birch trees on the walls! I’m very proud of my little space! Took me a few years to get it where I wanted it! I can listen to the birds singing in the mornings & the crickets chirping in the evenings. Sometimes my owl friend pays a visit at nighttime. I do live in a busy county, but this space is mine & the way I fixed it up it helps drown out all the traffic & noise around me! Little things like that anyone can do that live in a busy town. Fix up the backyard. Save money for a “she shed”! Takes time but can be done! Just sharing advice for anyone reading who wants their own space as well! I found a DIY tutorial on the water fountain! I always feel as if I’m right there with you practicing in all the lovely areas you shoot these videos in! Have a beautiful Sunday & thanks again for helping me wake up my body this morning! Namaste 🙏
I just did this for the first time and it was really peaceful and gentle😊 I absolutely love your yoga practices, my day never feels complete without it❤
