Chip was kind of a fluctuatingly emotional mess in this episode, huh? (Not like I blame him) But the image of Jay and Chip crying over cinnamon buns in the kitchen after enduring a sea storm and Gillion being the one who is slightly weirded out for once is just too funny, and it’s just so PERFECTLY shown here - I love the expressions and the cartoon “squishiness” of the characters (especially Chip) as they descend into crying

Your ability to draw the way the cast's voices _feel_ is absolutely incredible, it blows me away every time! I'm not sure how many times I've watched this- but it's just so funny every time. I imagine Gil is the very cannonical 5'1, but Chip and Jay de-evolved into squishy potato bugs (very lovingly said) So Gil looks like he is towering over them. Also... what's more menacing? A tall blue-green fishman screaming at you, or a short blue-green fishman screaming at you and going absolutely feral and tirning half shark for a few seconds? 😂😂

Chip might be 5'10 and Gill might be 5'9, but honestly with how DRASTICALLY better Gill's posture is, it MAKES SENSE that Gill always looks taller than Chip. Enough said.
