One of the first things that any chef will tell you is NOT to cut the root from an onion when slicing or chopping. Kohl ist immer gut. Aber diese reißerischen Überschriften..."Meine Mutter nahm 25 kg in einem Monat ab"... echt heftig. Hab mal in Ihrer Playlist geschaut... alleine durch die letzen 6 Rezepte muss Ihre Mutter 152 Kg abgenommen haben. Wäre schön, wenn solche Überschriften weg gelassen würden. Nieman nimmt in einem Monat mit den Rezepten 25-30 Kg ab. Und wäre auch nett, wenn man die Zutaten schon vorher geschnippelt hat. Jeder weiss, wie das geht. Langatmig und langweilig Ihre Videos.

Stimmt 100%.. um 1 kg abzunehmen soll mann +/- 7000 Kalorien verbrennen..... Und dann 25-30 kg im Monat.... lächerlich.. Eine Frau braucht +/- 2000 Kalorien am Tag... Einen man +/- 2500, wie kann man dann 30 kg abnehmen hahaha.. Wenn ich so ein video machen wurde, wurde ich auch dazu schreiben wieviel Kalorien die Gerichten sind... Nur schon den Käse... Da kann viel Fett drin sein...
