Salad ingredients:
1 chicken fillet.
To marinate the fillet, add black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried garlic and 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil to taste.
Potatoes 300 grams. / 10 ounces.
1 medium eggplant (a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch for breading the eggplant)
1 bell pepper.
1 hot pepper.
1 medium onion.
Vegetable oil for frying vegetables.
1 cucumber.
1 large tomato.
A bunch of green onions.
A small bunch of dill.
2 sprigs of basil.
Salad dressing:
Sour cream 4 tablespoons.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard seeds.
3 cloves of garlic.
To prepare the dressing: Add garlic, mustard and salt to the sour cream and mix well.
To prepare the salad: Boil potatoes. Marinate the chicken fillet and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Wrap the chicken in foil so that it cooks evenly inside. Cut the bell pepper and onion into large pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Roughly chop the eggplant, add cornstarch and salt, fry in oil. Chop the chicken fillet, potatoes, green onions, dill and basil. Mix all the ingredients, add the dressing and stir.

Ingredients for vegetable cutlets:
Zucchini 300 grams / 10.5 oz.
Carrots 250 grams / 8.8 oz.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 chicken egg.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
Black pepper to taste.
2 tablespoons rice flour.
A little vegetable oil for frying the cutlets.
Ingredients for the sauce:
Walnuts 50 grams / 2 oz.
2 cloves of garlic.
A pinch of salt.
Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
A small bunch of dill.
4 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt.
Cooking method:
Grate zucchini and carrots and salt. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid. Add egg, sesame seeds, black pepper, Italian herbs and rice flour. Mix the ingredients well. Fry pancakes in vegetable oil. Fry on both sides, covering the pan with a lid over medium heat. The portion is for 2 people.
Sauce: Grind the nuts in a stone mortar or coffee grinder, add garlic, salt, pepper, finely chopped dill and sour cream (can be replaced with yogurt). Mix all the ingredients and the sauce is ready.
