1. First, both turmeric and cayenne pepper are known for having anti-cancer properties. Turmeric contains a powerful and potent compound known as curcumin, which has been shown in studies to help prevent and treat certain types of cancers. These studies found that curcumin possesses anticancer effects. The many other nutrients and anti-inflammatory compounds can also help to reduce the risk of some types of cancer. I've been using turmeric, ginger and honey for over 4 years now. I've also been seizure free over 4 years now. I'm even off a lot of my prescription medications and doing great!!

I am 67 , when I was 42 my right lung was diseased,half of my left lung also,the cancer center called my mother and my family doctor and told them my cancer was to far gone, I am dying and they can't do anything for me, I mix these two ingredients and every other spices and herbs in my mom kitchen cabinet,and red onion and white onions, green and yellow bell peppers, celery out of the crisper, made a brew , strained it through cheese cloth,and swallowed the leftover from the cheese cloth with cold water,2 or 3 weeks latery cancer doctor and his retired cancer doctor dad, said my lungs look like lungs of a 22 ,24 years old, a couple of years later I had cancer in my loins ,I made the same brew again,the doctors said there's no medical reasons for me to be alive 😅there much be, I still make my own concoction, I put turmeric and cayenne pepper in my regular tea and ginger tea, I stopped taking my VA blood pressure pills 😅

I'm 41 I had pain in my knees and my hips. I would wake up at night with my hips and knees hurting so bad. My knees would hurt walking up the steps. I have been taking turmeric and cayenne pepper in a little unsweetened apple sauce and I have no more pain it took it completely away. Its amazing highly recommend it!! My husband takes it. And I talked my parents into taking it they have health issues.

As a matter of fact, apple cider vinegar- mother brand is also good to add to your food and tea drinks. That has a lot of health benefits too. It's a great combination 👌

I'm eating a pot of buckwheat, Tri-colour quinoa, chickpeas, frozen garden peas, vegetable stock cube, mixed herbs, rosemary, black pepper, sea salt, paprika, ground ginger, Turmeric, cayenne pepper, butter and extra virgin olive oil and it is sooo yummy and healthy !! 😍😍😍😍😍

I do a quarter cup of warm water, tbsp honey, tbsp lemon juice, tsp of black pepper, ground ginger, ground tumeric, and cayenne pepper to make a health shot. I suffer from facial palsy and this has helped so much. I’ve stopped certain medications as well because of this.

I boil mine with ginger/turmeric root and pepper to optimize absorbtion and steep with green tea. With a lil lemon it's a wonderful thing 👍🏾.

..The spice Turmeric is very in oxalates (91%), which appeared to be the primary cause of the greater urinary oxalate excretion/oxalate absorption from turmeric. The consumption of supplemental doses of turmeric, can significantly increase urinary oxalate levels, thereby increasing risk of kidney stone formation in susceptible individuals.and also damages your kidneys .If you have kidney stones , Gallbladder stones or kidney disease do not take turmeric . Tumeric is over hype, and a multi-billion dollars supplement industry promoting it just like big pharma . Taking turmeric every day will lower your hemoglobin and you become tired , sick , anemic Turmeric chelates iron out of your body . Go to your Doctor and get your Iron ferrtin levels checked if you take turmeric every day . .Too much of o a good thing can make you sick . Using fresh turmeric is the best except it is very hard to clean- stains badly. Six brands of "turmeric" Indian spice added to recall for excessive "lead" contaminate . A New Jersey company has expanded its recall of ground turmeric to include additional brands distributed nationwide. Excessive lead, which is particularly dangerous for pregnant women, infants and children, has been confirmed in the spice. Gel Spice Inc. of Bayonne, NJ, initially recalled its Fresh Finds branded ground turmeric the last week of July. "Routine sampling by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets' food inspectors and subsequent more recalled tumericanalysis of the product by the New York State Food Laboratory revealed the elevated level of lead," according to the company's July 28 recall notice on the Food and Drug Administration's website. In its expanded recall notice, Gel Spice added six brands of ground turmeric. "The products were distributed by various retailers throughout the United States," according to the new notice. "Sampling and testing of another product, produced from the same bulk turmeric, revealed the elevated level of lead." The additional turmeric being recalled by Gel Spice Inc. can be identified by the label information in the table below. Consumers who have purchased the recalled ground turmeric should discard the product, according to Gel Spice Inc. Consumers with questions about the recalled product may call 201-564-0435. Lead can accumulate in the body over time. Too much can cause health problems, including delayed mental and physical development and learning deficiencies, Gel Spice warned in its recall notices. Pregnant women, infants and young children especially should avoid exposure to lead. People concerned about blood lead levels should contact their physician or health clinic to ask about testing. The Fresh Finds brand ground turmeric powder recalled by Gel Spice Inc. is packaged in 3.75-ounce jars and has a UPC number of 81026-01230. The recalled product also has the codes of "B/B 03/08/19" or "B/B 05/18/19" on the neck of the jars. The recalled spice was distributed to ; Big Lots stores nationwide. You can’t substitute cayenne fir black pepper to absorb curcurmin, There is no piperine in Cayenne, only capsaicin.

I make a soup for lunch 5 days a week I use cilantro and carrots I cut it up about a half a cup of both 3 garlic cloves cut it up add a little bit of dried minced garlic black pepper turmeric and cayenne pepper half a tablespoon boil it and then eat it and drink the juice with it

Without piperine you are unlikely to absorb enough curcurmin from your gut into bloodstream. Piperine is contained in black pepper, that’s why you need pepper with curcurmin.. Forget about complicated drinks, just sprinkle it on food, along with pepper.

You won't need a lot of these ingredients, perhaps 1/2 a teaspoon of each to start :). Expect some spice! You might want to add some raw honey once cooled and be sure to stir well. @foods4health I don't know where you get your cayenne from, but if I put a tsp of mine into a cup of tea it would be like swallowing sulfuric acid. I grind my own spices from whole dried chilies. Try it.

There are different heat levels available . What you get at the Walmart is around 30-40 thousand heat units on the skoville scale. The burn won’t hurt you. Just start small and work up as your tolerance increases.

@@Prodigalson55 What I am saying is: different peppers, different sources, different cultivars, etc., may all be considered cayenne. You can't be sure what you are getting. For example, my 'cayennas' are no more than 2cm long...When I rip them in my spice grinder and don't wear a mask, I can't breathe. Learned the hard way. Larger whole cayennas are not a problem. Same family. I lived in Buffalo NY for about 20 years where eating hot foods was a challenge. I know what hot is. All peppers, even in the same family, are not alike.

@@Prodigalson55 Absolutely not. You can not possibly know what quantity of what pepper any manufacturer puts in a powdered bottle. I grind my own because I want to see what I am grinding and not test for the volume of flour and gluten. Every company will be different. Why do you think one bottle is $2 and another is $3.50... just because it is a brand name?

​@@Prodigalson55 *IF* a company is standardizing regardless of the product that they use, when they harvest, how they grow, IF they grow (I know a little about this and a manufacturer will not always grow their own product), and many other factors, they are putting in additives (perhaps chemical, perhaps not, but GUESS if it says "Bio" on the label or not) to make the product consistent. I would never buy cinnamon, for example, in powdered form. There are several types. Some are not even cinnamon. Likewise, if every bottle of wine were the same, why would they cost different amounts if they have the same amount of alcohol? There is NOT always a good reason why something costs more, but there is a reason to be skeptical of what is in the bottle.

Turmeric is fat soluble and must have a little fat in the drink try Ghee, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, full fat milk, Cream, even butter don't forget the Black Pepper. 🍋🍎🍊

I love no salt chicken broth cayenne pepper and pinch of honey for breakfast sip ! It taste great and is good for you too. And working in a medical setting I see a lot. And I love self care routines and encourage my loved one s too eat healthy my daughter is self care too I love that 💚💛❤️💜well I ( on a comical note also enjoy peanut butter whisky or fire ball shot before zzzs. personally i eat cayenne and turmeric everyday and feel like when i stop i notice no difference...i truly dont think they are shit honestly stuff like black seed oil (nigella sativa) and essential oils like peppermint oil & oil of oregano are alot more powerful

I make pepper shrimp by sauteing them in coconut oil, then adding turmeric, black pepper, and curry powder. I cook the water out until the mixture coats the shrimp. Tastes great, good for me.

Cumin is a herb by it's own. Curcumin is found in turmeric

I KNOW!!!!!!!! :-) Even half a teaspoon is powerful when it comes to Cayenne pepper. Some people body cant handle that much, so baby steps are very important. Best to add (CP) what you can tolerate with Turmeric.

Dont take turmeric if you want to wreck your libido and sex drive, atleast for men, it also reduces sperm count and loads, i still enjoyed the spice tho for the anxiety
