If they are there 14 years after Kitchen Nightmares, they are definitely doing something right. Not many of the places featured on that show are still around, of those that are almost all have new owners. Congratulations!
Now this was a good episode. Love how the chef at the end warmed up to you guys and started cracking jokes. Hopefully they watch and realize how well you spoke of them!

not sure if you guys ever seen the show Bar Rescue, but i would love for you to visit some of those bars Jon Taffer rescued, just to see if that show is stagged or not too, wither it is or not, i still love Bar Rescue
Funny to say that cause one of my friend's bars was featured on the show. He told me about the experience of interviews and doing videos to get featured on Bar Rescue
Risotto is a rice dish with arborio variety rice, it's thick and starchy and takes a long time to cook. The rice gets toasted in butter/oil and once it gets nice and crispy fried, stock and cheese are added a pinch and splash at a time until it binds up and then sometimes cream is added to finish, but always butter to finish. It ends up like a super tight rice porridge.
That's a medium steak. Rare is red, medium rare is pink with a red center, medium is pink, medium well is traces of pink, well has very little to no pink.

This was a FANTASTIC video!!! We've watched every Kitchen Nightmare's episode and I remember this one well. I always thought Andy was getting a raw deal! Glad y'all are there to set the record straight.
Looks like a perfect medium -well to me. This place looks great. A place where you could have a bottle of wine or two, take your time and enjoy yourself.
God those chops look to die for. Even with all the chaos in the original show it was obvious this guy was a quality chef. Also a top northerner, tells it exactly how it is.
I think the owners may have been less than honest about a few things. These people don't call gordon when they're doing well. That being said, looks like the food and service is great nowadays and it's good to see them doing well.
Even if he had to fib a bit he saved them there job the company there life line at the time also they would of most likey would of been worse of so I agree

You're in my area. Stop by oceans 234 and also flanagans. Myself, my husband and a couple of friends went to le bistro before we knew that it was on kitchen nightmares. The food was good, however, we were one of 2 tables there, and our food took over 45 mins. All of our entrees came out at different times, but we ate as it was served. They were also 86'd a lot of menu items, so we had to choose accordingly.. glad you covered this restaurant

My favorite thing to do in that neighborhood years ago was snorkel at Boca inlet. I saw hammerheads sea turtles barracuda stingrays and gigantic eels.When the inlet bridge went up we'd get out of the car and jump in water. Run back around. Get in the car before it went down.
Its nice to see thus place open after all these years. I've seen you do quite a few kitchen nightmare restaurants. There was another programme like kitchen nightmare called restaurant impossible I'd like to see you do some of them in your videos. Restaurant impossible 2 days and $10.000 to complete the restaurant.
I got take away Thanksgiving dinner from them a few years ago. The restaurant had good reviews before Ramsay went there. It was not troubled like some featured on the show. For TV lots of things are edited and staged. They don’t have to be staged because the editing can make things look a certain way. Great video.
This was a great video, Carrah is right about it being sad to see people made into things they aren’t. They are a lovely couple and the food looked delicious. If I lived there I would definitely visit.😊 it was really nice to hear their side of things, and it’s definitely horrible to hear the amount of crap they got. They obviously work really hard.
Most country girls are not picky eaters and will try anything once. She seems sweet and maybe you can do cooking videos at home again with her and some of her favorite southern recipes.
There is some truth to these reality shows. This is 14 years later of course they have changed a little 👍🏽 I am glad to see they are still standing 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

That was NOT medium rare. Medium probably, almost medium well. Also, filets are supposed to be cooked a bit more. They're different than other cuts, because of their lack of fat. (Medium Rare person, myself, but cook filets for my Husband)
Yeah wasnt sure about kara but she made me like her. She seems very nice not annoying and keeps you two boys in check and behave. Would like to see jakes dog update though and a how is your momma doing.
Hey Brennen and Jake I love watching your videos while eating dinner. If you are still in Florida you should try Maharaja Bistro & Cafe Everything thing was great about this restaurant! Our server Kamal was the best ever! Everything we tried was great, goat biriyani, chicken tikka masala, chicken tikka wrap, chicken carahe, lamb biriyani. We had indan food from many places in Florida and New York and this was the best of all. Everyone who works there that we met were so nice. Will be ordering food for parties from now!
