In today's video, we wanted to try a different restaurant at EPCOT as part of the Eat to the Beat dining package. The Eat to the Beat dining package is at select restaurants and allows you to pay one price for a meal and you get close seating at their concerts. We wanted to have a reserved seat at the concert that day so we decided to do the Eat to the Beat concert package and go to Chefs de France, since we have never been there before. Chefs de France is located in the France pavilion at EPCOT. With the concert dining package, you get to get an entree, a dessert, and a non alcoholic drink. In these situations, we typically try to get the most expensive things so we can get value in paying for the more expensive package. We decided to all get something different: steak, braised beef, chicken, and shrimp and scallops.we actually didn’t think the value was there at this restaurant. The steak wasn’t that great at all. The best two entrees were the beef and chicken and the lobster sauce was good. Again, not worth the value. The best thing about this restaurant at EPCOT was the dessert. They had some stinkin’ good desserts. Crème brûlées, coffee cake, and sorbet. Overall, the price wasn’t worth it at this restaurant. We are glad we got close seats to the concert but aside from that, this wouldn’t be our choice of restaurants at EPCOT.
