Thank-you for uploading today! I really enjoyed this episode! You mentioned being at Coachella this weekend - remember some time ago (I think 2018/2019 era lol) you did a food stand review at Coachella? Are you planning an update video to that prior one you posted? I remember there was a Mac and Cheese burger that looked good, but just ended up being overpriced and tasteless. I worked in Cerritos at Nordstrom's in the fall of 2018. The original owner was working as a sales rep in the women's section and I recognized her from the show. She said she sold the restaurant soon after the show and works part time now.

Completely agree with you. Owning a business is truly the most draining and life sucking job you can have if you don't have it set up right, which most people don't. You're miserable and just become a husk of a human. I'm sure she made the right choice and I hope she's doing better these days. It's so sad to see how broken she was.

Going in first thing when it’s empty could actually be the worst time. Depending on the way they run things you could have been served food cooked for the previous day which hadn’t been served. The best time to go in is when it’s mad busy because it’s more likely the ingredients are fresh. Great vid.

Ingrediants should always be fresh tho. Coming in for an evaluation or a review of any kind is good at any time. Test a business at their lowest, regardless of if they are busy or not

y’all have never really had to work a job in the real world, so as a common man living in the real world i can say that yes, there are a lot of different jobs where you rarely ever see the owner if at all. that’s why they have managers running it so they don’t have to physically be there. it’s makes perfect sense
