That pepperoni hack is genius af!! Finally someone gets it! All they needed to do was dump that oil in the trash. I like the idea though only issue for me is the re infusion of oil. Not needed

Yes that ranch sauce was already perfect made with smoothly emulsified oils. You can't just pour grease into the container and shake it haha, that just creates ranch sauce + pockets of oil. Also I'd much prefer the oil to have soaked into the crust while it cooks and provide flavour, rather than dumping it onto the toppings and creating a grease soup on top of dry crust.
