I eat at and review Pecking House in Park Slope, Brooklyn of New York City. It comes from chef Eric Huang who previously worked at Michelin Starred fine dining establishments like Gramercy Tavern and Eleven Madison Park. Pecking House first started as a pop-up restaurant that became so popular that there once was a waitlist of 10,000 people who wanted to try the chili fried chicken. Now, Pecking House has a permanent location along with a variety of new dishes on their menu.
